Worship Registration
All people attending in-person worship services must register. The link below will open the registration information. Before registering, please review the following:
- Please make sure you are registering for the correct service or event.
- In the “first name” field, include all the first names of the family members, and include the last name just once in that field.
- After your first use of the form, this information is often entered automatically if you are using the same device.
- Please be sure to enter the correct number of people. When you are registering as a cohort, it must be a regular cohort and not just one established for Sunday morning. A COVID-19 cohort – also known as bubbles, circles, or safe squads – is a small group of the same people who can interact regularly without staying 2 metres apart.
- If there is a change to your registration, cancel the original registration and re-register with any corrections. The program will only allow you to register once per service.
- If the website’s cookies have refreshed and you cannot cancel the registration yourself, please contact the church office ASAP.
- Please remember there are capacity limits! You will see how many spots are available, and you cannot register 5 people if only 2 spots are open. This is why it is important that you cancel as quickly as possible if you are unable to attend.
- Online registration is available until Saturday at 6:00 pm. You can also call the church office before 12:00 noon on Fridays and leave a voicemail with your registration information. For Wednesday services, please call or register online by Tuesday at noon.
- When you arrive for the service, there will be hand sanitizer available. You will pass by the Information Centre and mailboxes where you can pick up newsletters etc. You will be then be greeted at the registration table and an usher will show you to your assigned pew. Masks must be worn for the duration of your time in the building, and at this time we are not having congregational singing. An offering plate will not be passed, but they are available at the entrance and exit doors. After the service, the ushers will direct you when it is your turn to leave. We ask that people do not congregate in the exit doorway as this causes too much congestion.
