April 5, 2026 – Living Above; Living Beyond
Easter Sunday (Series A) – Colossians 3:1–4
In a world of uncertainty, doubt and despair, the resurrection of Christ brings hope, confidence and deliverance. Everything is different because Jesus lives. The power of the life we have in Christ makes a difference for every moment of our life. There is no care, problem or trouble so great that the believer cannot look beyond it to see the glorified and Risen Lord who declares to us: “Because I live, you also will live.” (John 14:19, ESV) No matter what this world may bring into our lives, the baptized, believing child of God knows the truth that Paul declares by inspiration of the Holy Spirit: “your life is hidden with Christ in God.”
