Human Care
The Board of Human Care Ministries connects people with God’s love through caring relationships and well-targeted service. Using the diverse talents found within the Foothills Lutheran Church family, we reach out loving hands to help in many different areas of need, unhappiness and suffering.
We offer this caring ministry to members of our own congregation and also to neighbours who come into contact with Foothills Lutheran Church through its outreach ministries.
We also care for the greater community by supporting the Mustard Seed, the Calgary Inter-Faith Foodbank, Inn from the Cold and Meals on Wheels.
