23rd Sunday after Pentecost
The final three weeks of the Church Year are traditionally concerned with “the last things.” The lessons of the Church bring a special opportunity to reflect on the end of time and on the end of our earthly lives. They also give us the joyous assurance of the hope that we have, for the Saviour will come to bring His people into the joy of life with Him in the glory of heaven. Our faithful worship helps us prepare for that glorious event!
As we look to those days, we encourage one another as we wait in hope and joy.
